Set the Delivery Time for Appointment Reminders and Confirmations
Once a reminder is active you can adjust the delivery time, which defaults to the following local times:
- Email 5:00am
- Text Message (SMS) 7:00am
- Voice 9:00am
When a patient confirms their appointment, they will stop receiving reminders.
Confirmations are sent to patients with confrimed appointment statuses.
