Send a New Text Message
To start a new text message, follow the steps below:
- Select Lead Management
- Select the Communication Center
- Select the Text icon
- Select the New SMS button displayed in the top right corner of the Texting table
- In the popup window, populate the phone number and type the message being sent
- Select Submit
- Select Add Hippa Consent Message
The response to this text message will come into the New section of the Texting table.
