Respond to a Text Message
To respond to a text message follow the steps below:
- Select Lead Management
- Select the Communication Center
- Select the Text icon
- Select the text message that needs to be responded to
- In the write a reply box, type the response to the text message
- Select the enter button on your keyboard to send
*If this is the first response to a new conversation, a pop up will alert you to send the Hippa consent message to start the conversation. This message only needs to be sent once for each text conversation and will only be required for outbound messages
