Process New Lead
- Select Lead Management
- Select the Communication Center
- Select the Call icon
- Type in the First Name then the Last Name.

- Add a campaign if the lead is coming from a particular campaign i.e. it is a lead coming from Google ad or Instagram ads.

- Add procedure of interest. Once the procedure is added, a procedure information page will appear on the right side of the screen.
- This data needs to be entered by an RSI team member.

- Select a location. Once a location is added, the location tab will auto populate directions that can be texted or emailed to the patient.
- Add insurance policy if applicable.
- Add the appointment date and time.
- If a particular user is to be managing this lead, add an owner
- The user must have their own username in Portal.
- Add any notes.
- Once you are done, click on the ‘Convert to’ button to push the information into the practice management system.
Send a Text Message from the Call Screen
- If you are speaking on the phone with a patient and need to receive an image or text, you can
ask them to text the practice’s designated texting number. - To respond, you can type on your keyboard and hit enter.
