Devices

Devices is where known devices used on a daily basis are defined. Adding the device in the section allows further customization of what push notifications will display on the specified device.

Navigate to Devices

To navigate to Devices, follow the steps below:

1. Log into https://portal.redspotinteractive.com
2. Select profile in the left side navigation
3. Select Devices

Device Configuration

To enable notifications on a computer, follow the steps below:

1. Log into https://portal.redspotinteractive.com
2. Select profile in the left side navigation
3. Select Devices
4. Select Add Current Device
5. Populate the Name field (Example: Phylicia’s Computer, Meghan’s Chrome)
6. Select Submit

Device Push Notification Customization

Device push notifications can be customized to display a title, message, and redirect link of

your choice.

1. Select the vertical ellipsis (⋮)
2. Select Send Push Notification
3. Define a Title (Example: Patient correspondence received)
4. Define a Message (Example: Check Portal Chat and respond to patient)
