Portal Marketing Tools
RSI has technology that allows your practice to send custom patient surveys the day after a patient attends their appointment. The questions are predetermined within the software and can be modified to fit your practice. Responses are archived in this section for anyone with Portal access to see.
Survey Data Bar
- Surveys Sent – This figure identifies how many surveys have been sent to patients based on the predetermined criteria that was selected.
- Yes Responses – This figure identifies how many people clicked “Yes” when asked if, based on their experience, they would refer the practice to a friend. The number in this section can be clicked on to obtain the name and contact information of everyone that clicked “Yes”.
- % YES – This figure identifies the percentage of surveys sent where the patient said “Yes” when asked if, based on their experience, they would refer the practice to a friend.
- No Response – This figure identifies the percentage of surveys sent where the patient said “No” when asked if, based on their experience, they would refer the practice to a friend.
- % NO – This figure identifies the percentage of surveys sent where the patient said “No” when asked if, based on their experience, they would refer the practice to a friend.
- Completed Surveys – This figure identifies how many surveys were completed by patients
- % Completed – This figure identifies the percentage of surveys completed by patients that were sent out in total
- Reviews – This figure identifies how many new reviews the practice received on any of the online properties that RSI is monitoring (Google, Yahoo, Yellow Pages, Bing, etc.)
Survey Results
Aggregates the results from the survey during the selected time period.

- Question Type – this section shows what type of response the patients are prompted to provide
- Average Rating – this shows the aggregate average rating
Survey Results Details
This provides an opportunity to see each individual patient survey that was completed.
- Actions – this section allows you to click on the “eye” to open up the survey responses
- Contact Name – this displays the name of the patient that completed the survey
- Procedure Name – this displays the procedure that the patient had a scheduled appointment for
- Has Negative Answer – this will display a “check box” should any response receive a 5/10 or less
- Response Date – this will display the date based on when the survey was completed and received.
