Online Scheduling Set Up Without Templates
If you don’t use templates in Nextech you can allow the first available tool to search based on non-templated time slots.
If you go to “Tools” (scroll to the bottom) then “Preferences,” you will be brought to the interface below:
Once you are there, you can allow booking for non-templated time slots, as well as changing the requirements for location templates.
One thing to keep in mind, is that you should make sure any lunch, training, out of office, or other templates set up for administrative purposes disallow anyone from scheduling. If that is not set up to disallow, it will show that slot as available.
