Notifications for Surveys
Both patient-facing and office-facing notifications related to surveys can be found in Admin Tools > Client Manager > > Marketing Onboarding > Notifications.
These notifications can be filtered to go to appointments with certain characteristics. Use the filter icons to filter by location, appointment type, or provider. These lists will pull directly from your practice management system.
If no filters are selected, the notification will deliver to all. If filters are selected then the notification will only deliver to the selected.
Use the Edit icon to make content modifications.
Patient-Facing Notifications
Notification | Type | Description | Default Content |
Customer Satisfaction Survey | Sends to the patient 2 hours after the end time of their appointment. Depending upon the patient’s response, 1 of the following 3 actions will occur: (1) Patient chooses “yes” and has a Gmail email – They are then taken to Google to leave a review on the client’s profile (the patient will receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey on the following day as well); (2) Patient chooses “yes” but does NOT have a Gmail email – They are taken to a list of other review engines based on the ones we have setup in Reputation Manager (the patient will receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey on the following day as well); (3) Patient chooses “no” and is taken to the Customer Satisfaction Survey where they can leave feedback that only the practice will see. | Thank you for choosing Practice Name We would love to hear about your visit with Practice Name. To set recipients for these notifications click on the Edit Icon and add recipients to Send this notification to the following contacts.
