New & Follow-Up
Manage and funnel all inbound form submission activity to your practice into one system that’s inbound from your website, social media campaigns. Anywhere that a patient can find out about you and submit information to your practice will be centralized here so that you can set follow-ups, leave messages, and create tasks.
The Communication Center splits leads into 2 identical sections including “New” and “Followup”.
- New displays leads that have not been reached out to yet. These leads are located on the top of the screen and are organized from oldest to newest.
- Follow Up are leads that have been reached out to before, but no action has been completed such as scheduling. These leads are also organized from oldest to newest.
The New and Followup sections of the Communication Center allows the user to manage leads and document activity via phone call attempts, text or email attempts. The default setting for New Leads is following RSI’s internal process which includes 3 attempts.
- Follow up with lead immediately upon it showing up in the New lead section
- Follow up with them again in 4 hours when the lead re-populates in the Follow Up section of Portal
- Follow up the following business day
- Follow up with the lead for a final attempt the following business day when the lead re-populates in the Follow Up section of Portal
