Ellipsis
Click on the three dots to the left of the response icons to review the lead history. This section allows the user to see attempts made to contact the lead along with any notes associated with the recorded activity. When the user clicks on the ellipsis 5 options will show up.
- Show Lead Activity History: office staff will be able to view how many times an attempt was made to reach the lead and any notes that the team member logged.
- Show Lead Email History: office staff will be able to view any emails that were sent to the lead via the email option of Portal.
- View Lead: this option displays the information entered by the lead through their original contact method such as the website “Appointment Request Form”. General information shown in this section includes the patient’s name, contact information, and lead source.
- Show Lead Email: this option is only available if the patient sent an e-mail or contact lead form inquiry and does not include leads that were manually entered into Portal or through data sync.
- Update lead location: this option allows the user to change the office location associated with the lead
